Modern Beauty Skincare Studio – Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel. To provide the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you observe the following: Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a 25% service fee, charged to your card on file. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. After 2 no-shows or late cancellations, a non-refundable deposit will be required for future bookings. We value your time and appreciate your understanding and respect for our schedule.
